I hate that I'm finally writing a review after all these years!!! (Don't judge me lol) My favorite Chinese restaurant for miles!!! Their food is so good!!! I've tried many things on the menu and I'm never disappointed. I've never eaten there (as far as a sit down), but I've gotten my food to go at least 20+ times. I will always eat here.

My first choice. I always get take out. My review is my review, don't tell me how many characters to the. I will probably refuse to give a review in the future.

Yummmmmy! Big portions and super flavorful! I usually don't like to dine out at Chinese restaurants but my co workers recommended it. It was pretty pricey but again, big portions. We had lunch and leftovers for dinner basically. It was to go, but I'm sure service is nice bc the person who picked up, was pleasant.

This is one of our favorites in downtown Livermore for years now. The quality & taste of the food has been consistently high. It's the place you go back to when you crave a dish & get it exactly the way you remembered! Cravings satisfied. We have never been disappointed. This time, I want to highlight their Special Dinners for $22.95. We first tried it for dinner when we were craving the staples - fried rice & sweet & sour pork. We tried the Special Dinner & realized that for the cost of those dishes, we could get another dish, appetizers, and soup! Check out the photos for the Special Dinner for 2. Service is always friendly & attentive. The dining room is well lit & decorated with Asian art pieces. It is casual & comfortable. We've always enjoyed it here.

Yin Yin is very delicious and super authentic. Everything that you order taste really fresh and has great flavor. I ordered the chow mein, pot stickers and beef broccoli . You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. They are very nice and the service is very quick. You don't wait long for your order to come out.

First visit to Yin Yin and we were impressed. Service was fast but patient as the menu is vast with many options including lunch specials. To be honest we had an ulterior motive as we wished to try their pork egg fu yung to compare it to the East Coast version elusive since being in Ca. Many restaurants do not even offer this staple. We ordered 2 orders and 1 order of pork fried rice. The egg fu yung was hot in temperature and was freshly cooked and with much savory flavor. Three patties in each serving which was more than enough as we took one each home. The rice was moist, tasty and the portion was huge. The atmosphere was attractive Asian decor and fairly quiet despite a busy lunch crowd due to how the restaurant separated some tables. Definitely a place to return too!

Mongolian beef lunch plate. Very very tender beef, very crispy onions. Not a large quantity. Plate also has limited quantities of both fried rice -and- chow mein. Both surprisingly tasty despite complete lack of vegetables or meat. Efficient service. Rest room is through a side door in the bar next door, which means you have to navigate past drunken people to get there. Signs says it's to the right, it's actually to the left.

The food was very good. The price point was not as high as I would've expected for a downtown location. The portions were generous. I forgot to take pictures of my food again because I grew up in an analogue childhood. But I got the string bean chicken and it was really good. My friend ordered their war wonton soup and that was pretty amazing as well. The vegetable fried rice had no egg in it for people who are looking for no egg food. I have some vegetarian friends who are no egg people so this would be a good place to get the rice.
